Admissions Agreement
I agree to enroll my child in the Tahoe Parent's Nursery School for the 2002-2003 year.
My school responsibilities will include working at the school and driving a carpool one day a week; accepting with fund raisers, three hours of maintenance per year and working on an assigned committee for a minimum of two hours per month or as needed to complete the committee's responsibilities. I also understand there are mandatory committee's responsibilities. I also understand there are mandatory Monday night meetings that either myself or my spouse or both must attend. These are leaning meetings to benefit both my child and family.
My monetary responsibilities are:
1.) $50.00 per month, per child, payable to TPNS at each business meeting, the first Monday of every month.
2.) First months tuition due with completion of this form.
3.) $50.00 for the last month's tuition to be paid by December 3, 2002.
In accordance with TPNS by laws, tuition will be revised without the approval of the Board of Directors, a 2/3 majority vote of the membership and thirty days notice.
Families leaving TPNS must notify the membership chairperson, directors, and treasurer thirty days in advance and pay tuition for that month. TPNS needs this time period in order to fill the vacancy.
The Department of Social Services has the authority to interview children or staff, and to inspect and audit child or child care center records, without prior consent.
