Bipedalism

Background: Bipedalism is considered one of the most significant evolutionary advancements in early humans. Our class activity involved creating "An Instruction Book for Bipedalism."

Instructions: I would like each of your groups to produce an instruction manual that details our bipedal nature. Specifically, your task is to write an instructional manual (much like a manual that shows you how to program a VCR) that details how to move from a fully seated position of a human in a chair to a fully standing human position.

Results: Next to each instruction manual is a video that reflects the results of the manuals. One individual read the instruction manual, another had to perform the instructions exactly as read. You decide which manual was the best!
