Hi! I'm Jackie Lou, full time Computer Applications Instructor at Lake Tahoe Community College in South Lake Tahoe, California. Here is a list of courses that I currently teach:

Prior to moving to California eight years ago, I was a Professor at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland and, before then, a computer programmer in private industry.

My academic background includes a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Technology for Educators from Johns Hopkins University.

Some activities that I enjoy are swimming, skiing, SCUBA diving, baking, and traveling. My favorite travels have been to Australia (I've seen the real Tasmanian Devil!), Grand Cayman Island, Aruba, Hong Kong, China, and Italy. Closer to home, my favorite places are the Colorado Rockies, Alaska, and the Grand Canyon.
