| Virginia is
the creator of the Guest Service Academy (GSA), co-founder of a regional
customer service training company called "FUNdamental Training
Solutions," and the Director of Vocational Education at Lake
Tahoe Community College. With a background in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology and over 15 years of hospitality training experience, Virginia
brings her unique sense of humor and insights to all guest service
classes. A certified Franklin-Covey facilitator (7 Habits of Highly
Effective People, What Matters Most), Virginia is well known in our
community for creating fun and meaningful learning experiences for
all her students.
