Dina Cipollaro has trained thousands of hospitality employees in the art and science of customer service. She is a co-founder of a regional customer service training company called "FUNdamental Training Solutions" and a certificated K-12 teacher in California. Dina graduated from Northern Arizona University and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology at University of Nevada, Reno. Well known for her practical approach to serving guests, Dina is currently an adjunct instructor at Lake Tahoe Community College in the areas of Business Management, Hospitality, and Health. Prior to joining LTCC, Dina was the Training Coordinator at Heavenly Ski Resort.
