Courtney Mansell has an extensive employee training background and is a certificated teacher in California and Nevada. Currently an adjunct instructor at Lake Tahoe Community College in the areas of Business and Hospitality, Courtney has facilitated dozens of Guest Service Academy classes. Courtney has a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified Developmental Dimensions International (DDI) training facilitator. Well known in our community for her dynamic approach to guest service training, Courtney has developed a loyal following of students.
