*In order to receive Credit for this one unit course you must pick one of the following books and read the appropriate chapters.

1. Managing the Mean Math Blues, by Cheryl Ooten, Chapters 10 & 11.

2. Conquering Math Anxiety, by Cynthia Arem, Chapter 7 & 11.

3. Overcoming Math Anxiety, by Randy Davidson & Ellen Levitov, Chapters 4 & 7.

These books are on reserve at the library.  Then type a two-page paper on what you have learned from these chapters and/or how it will help you in math class.  The paper must be double-spaced and use 12-point font.  You may include your experiences in math from this class or any previous experience.

All papers are due by Thursday, June 1, 2006.
