A survey was done to see the relationship between the distance that students travel for their summer trip and the amount of money that they will spend during this trip.  The scatter plot shows the data.  Give an approximate value for R² and interpret this number in the context of this survey in terms of spending variation based on the travel distance and based on other factors.
