A researcher has collected data on the time take for grass seeds to germinate after they are first put into the ground.  She knows that the mean time for germination is 15 days and the standard deviation is 2 days.  She wants to see whether the germination time follows a normal distribution.  She knows that if it does16% of the data should be below one standard deviation from the mean, 16% should be above one standard deviation from the mean, and 68% should be within one standard deviation from the mean.  The data below shows her results.
