Yesterday, Congress passed a bill to fund our soldiers in Iraq without requiring any timelines.  You want to determine if the majority (more than half) of Americans disagree with this bill.  Suppose you conduct a survey of 1009 randomly selected Americans and that 548 of them said that they disagreed with this bill.
