A social scientist was interested in whether the majority of Americans plan to spend Memorial Day outside.  In a recent Gallup survey, 1003 Americans were asked how they planned to spend Memorial Day.  540 of them responded that they planned to spend the day outside.   Come up with the appropriate hypothesis test.  Cite the P-Value and give your results using a complete sentence in the context of the question.  Use a level of significance of 0.05.
