Survey was taken to see if there is a difference between the average amount of time students spend outside of class for English compared to math.  Seven students who were taking both math and English were asked how many hours per week they spent for each class.  The results are shown below.  Conduct the appropriate hypothesis test using a level of significance of 0.05.  State your conclusion using a complete sentence.
