A survey was done to find out the number of hours LTCC students spend doing homework each day.  49 students who were questioned had a mean of 2.4 hours with a standard deviation of 1.3 hours.  Determine a 95% confidence interval for the mean number of hours that all students at LTCC work on homework each night.
