A researcher conducted a study to determine the mean amount of money infused into the local economy when a convention center is constructed in a town similar to South Lake Tahoe.  The researcher collected data from 36 such towns and found that of these towns, there was an average infusion of 12 million dollars into the local economy.  It is known that for  all such towns the standard deviation is 8 million dollars.  Construct the appropriate 95% confidence interval and use a complete sentence to interpret this confidence interval within the context of the survey.
