The latest polls showed the following.  In Florida, of the 1014 registered voters surveyed, 466 said that they were planning on voting for Bush.  In Ohio, of the 1024 registered voters surveyed, 512 said that they were planning on voting for Bush.  Determine a 95% confidence interval for the difference in the proportions and use a complete sentence or two to interpret the sentence in the context of the question.
